3014/3528/5050 refers to the dimensions of chip components:

 

3014: Length: 3.0mm, Wide: 1.4mm, Power: 0.1W 9-13LM, Operating voltage: 3.0-3.4V

3528: Length: 3.5mm, Wide: 2.8mm, Power: 0.06W 6-9LM, Operating voltage: 3.0-3.4V

5050: Length and width is 5mm, power:. 0.2W 17-27LM, Operating voltage: 3.0-3.4V

3014 IF = 30MA

3020 IF = 20MA

3528 IF = 20MA

5050 IF = 60MA

 

4. The 3014 is more cost savings:

 

3014 chip has a special cooling technology, the current can be used normally in 30MA, light bead brightness up 9-11LM, the relative brightness of similar products, higher lumens using less number of stars, from the overall lighting costs, the 3014 has an absolute advantage, while 3014 in the heat much better than similar products, can go beyond 3528 and other similar products.

 

3014 greatest feature is a good thermal performance, because of its thermal structure and not the same as 3528.
